Centre's every fourth scheme is named after Rajeev Gandhi. About 80% of the Centre's schemes are named after Rajeev Gandhi, Indira Gandhi and Jawahar Lal Nehru.
Why? Are there only three patriots (!!!!!???) in the country. what happened to the others who are said to have sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the country? Don't they deserve even one scheme after them?
Forget all the great leaders. Why on earth we need to name any public welfare scheme on the name of any politician? why can't the scheme be only scheme - just an informative one so that the people could recognize it immediately?
Already, there is trend to names the streets, roads and other public places on the names of great leaders, famous people and what not. so, there is not need make the names of public welfare so complicated.
Enough is enough. why we should remember any politician? If there is really any great leader who has served the nation, then their names and stories should be included in the school courses. There are many more mediums through which the great leaders could be remembered.
